WSI94 A savory experience: Raspberry and dark licorice at the core of this medium bodied and layered PN. Sustained tension and vibrancy in the glass, with bright savory notes rounding off the long structured finish.  Aged 18 months in 100% French Oak, 25% new, 25% once used, 50% 4 years or older. 48 cases produced.
Estate Notes:Â Aromas of ripe blackberry and wild strawberries mingle with notes of lavender, reductive tar, and cardamom. Ripe fruit flavors and silky soft tannins are brought together with captivating acidity on the persistent finish. Decanting is recommended for drinking now, but this wine should be enjoyed over the next 10 years or more.
