2020 Groom Sauvignon Blanc Adelaide Hills

Our 2020 is a really delicious, quite light and very easy to drink style. Quite pale in color. The fruit aromas are really bright and decidedly passion fruit, lychee, grapefruit and a little pineapple. The palate is refreshing, dry and crisp. This wine is great drinking with seafood, salads, sushi and Asian cuisine or simply enjoying on its own, with friends. 94% Sauvignon Blanc 6% Semillon. 100% Stainless Steel
