2020 Kathryn Kennedy Sauvignon Blanc North Coast

This young SB perfectly plays the role of a wine that accom- panies your foods rather than compete or dominate. Mod- ern style that drinks so easy and leaves a feeling of refresh- ment due to its lower alcohol content. (12.2%) 

Winemaker Note: This new release comes just in time for the break-out summer of 2021. We are all ready to enjoy the brighter and happier things in life. In pursuit of healthier living, we crafted this wine by combining grapes from CCOF certified organic vineyards from the North Coast region. Each vineyard was selected for its desirable location and exceptional viticultural care.
It’s with premier growers like these that we have learned that “organic grapes make more delicious and healthier wine”. 
The white grape harvest of 2020 occurred early enough to avoid any wild fire issues. We redoubled our coordination with the vineyard managers during the growing season. Very precise canopy management with less leaf pulling was employed to find more true fruit flavor and to preserve the natural acidity in the grapes at harvest.
