Domaine Parigot is a family owned operation located in the heart of Hautes- Côtes de Beaune, roughly 6 kilometers north of Pommard. Marie and Regis Parigot work closely with their son, Alexandre, to produce high quality wines sourced from 44.5 acres of vines spread acros 18 communes. These include Meloisey, Savigny-les- Beaune, Beaune, Pommard, Volnay, Meursault et Chassagne-Montrachet.
37 acres are dedicated to pinot noir, and the rest to chardonnay, for a total of 110 000 bottles, on average, produced annually. The vines are all worked under the principles of “lutte raisonnée”, which is to only use forces outside of nature if the vines are truly struggling to produce the fruit in a healthy manner.
