2020 Amici Sonoma Coast Chardonnay

JD93 There are around 3,000 cases of the 2019 Chardonnay Sonoma Coast, and it’s a smoking value. Coming from Sangiacomo and Valdez vineyards and 90% barrel fermented, it has beautiful caramelized citrus fruit, notes of white flowers and spicy oak, medium body, good acidity, and a great finish. I don’t think it’s going to make old bones, but it more than delivers at the price.
JS93 Mineral, praline, stone, yogurt and cooked-apple aromas follow through to a full body with bright acidity. Creamy texture. Drink or hold.
