The 2020 Leviathan displays powerful aromas of plum, black cherry, cola, and coca. Savory spices, white pepper, marjoram, and cardamom derived from the Northern California mountainside forests expand across the palate, while boasting bright and persistent acidity with intense, fine-grained tannins. It is approachable now and built to cellar for over 7 years.

The 2020 proprietary blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petite Syrah, Syrah, Petite Verdot, and Cabernet Franc highlight some of my favorite growing regions in Northern California, including Red Hills, Coombsville, and Moon Mountain.
