Estate Notes: Earthy and savory with notes of violets, blackberry pie and black pepper. Excellent mid-palate with big, chewy tannic structure that fill the center along with ripe plum and bing cherry. A powerful and complex red wine that finished with mountain tannins and a kick of acidity. Our 2019 Kit’s Killer Cab Cabernet Sauvignon is made from grapes grown on our organically farmed Cold Springs and Croquet Vineyards, located high atop Napa Valley’s famed Howell Mountain AVA. Situated above the fog line with decomposed volcanic ash soils, it is the perfect location for growing Cabernet Sauvignon. 50% Cold Springs Vineyard (clone 337), 50% Croquet Vineyard. Aged 20 months in 70% new French Oak.
