2016 Bohème Chardonnay

The .45 acres of Wente Clone Chardonnay was harvested on the dawn of September 12th and yielded 1.43 tons. The fruit was whole-cluster pressed into seasoned French Oak barrels, aged sur lie 20 months with complete Malolactic Fermentation prior to bottling.13.9% Alc; 89 Cases Produced
