2017 Furthermore Pinot Noir La Encantada Sta. Rita Hills

Located in Santa Barbara county, this is the southern-most vineyard that we’ve worked with. This Certified Organic vineyard was planted in 1998 by Santa Rita Hills pioneer Richard Sanford. This coastal vineyard delivers what people love about and expect from Pinot Noir from the Santa Rita Hills AVA.
The wine starts with eucalyptus and spearmint notes which lead into lovely blackberry flavors. We’ve made wine from this vineyard since 2007 and have found it to produce some of the most age-worthy wines we’ve ever made. Alc. 14.7% by volume.
