WSI96+ The 2019 Bydand Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon offers an elegant interpretation of classic Napa Cab. The nose blends summer berries and loamy earth aromas, but the palate expands into complex layers of ripe black fruits, mocha, and crushed rock, lifted by pretty floral notes on the mid-palate. Fine-grained tannins provide a suede-like structure and carry the wine through its long finish of dried cherries, vanilla bean, and dark chocolate. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, Atlas Peak AVA, from the Edcora Vineyard. Aged 22 Months in 65% New French Oak. Production: 155 Cases
