From biodynamically grown grapes. 30% merlot, 25% cabernet franc, 20% syrah, 20% cabernet sauvignon and 5% grenache. Needs time to soften. Try after 2025.
WA93 The biodynamic and certified organic Caiarossa 2019 Aria di Caiarossa is a blend of Merlot, Syrah, Alicante, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. You feel the concentration and richness of those grapes, especially the softness of the Merlot and the Syrah, and the firm structure of the two Cabernets. The bouquet reveals black and purple fruits with some background leather and spice. This is a fun and accessible Tuscan red blend.
