2019 Davis Estates Sauvignon Blanc Napa Valley

Our 2019 Sauvignon Blanc will captivate you at first smell. On the nose you are initially greeted by boisterous citrus notes, most notably lemon peel and lemon meringue.   As you swirl the wine in your glass, citrus gives way to subtle minerality and a touch of under ripe kiwi. The palate is soft and creamy with delicate acidity. On the finish lime and green apple linger inviting you back for another taste, and then another, and another. Aged 8 months, 10% neutral french oak, 90% stainless steel. 1100 cases produced.
