WSI94+ As with all our other 2019 wines, the Petite Sirah experienced an extended hang-time, being picked October 21th, just five days earlier than 2018. We continue to follow our standard regime of 50% whole-cluster fermentation with aging in neutral French oak. Our most powerful version of this wine to date, with strong tannin and ample fruit. 200 cases bottled unfined and unfiltered. 13.8% alc. This is our seventh vintage utilizing fruit from the superb Theopolis Vineyard in Yorkville Highlands, a very low vigor, steeply terraced vineyard on the cool edge of ripening for Petite Sirah. This vineyard was previously utilized by Carlisle
