Fresh entry like cool water, repeats the bright cherry flavors and subtle earth complexities in a light frame. The pH and acid balance of this wine is leaning more towards age ability than most vintages I’ve released in the last decade. When first judging this vintage I came to the realization that this is the first point in my long career when the Cabernet I have bottled will outlive me.
