Welcoming aromas of cassis and blueberry on the nose with a few notes of black olives and tobacco leaves. Elegant and bold the wine is balanced with firm yet elegant tannins. Juicy strawberry and wild berry flavors mingle in the palate with dark chocolate and hints of lavender. The finish is long and focus with lingering notes of bergamot black tea. Production: 90 cases. 88% Cabernet Sauvignon and 12% Petit Verdot. All organic fruit.
