2019 Vie di Romans Dessimis Friuli Pinot Grigio

JS92 Slightly rosé color here. It’s deep and intense, showing dried apples and spices with some pomegranate and rust undertones. Red apples, too. Full-bodied, dense and flavorful. Rather chewy at the end. Drink now.
Estate Notes: Dessimis is a rich and exotic pinot grigio, with pungent scents of apple blossom and clove that lead into layers of dried orange and grilled strawberry laced with notes of lemongrass. Those spicy notes continue on the long, creamy finish, warmed by a pleasant bitter almond note.
