2019 Wightman Chardonnay Napa Valley

WSI94 Sourced from a prime vineyard that does not appear on the label, this Chardonnay immediately signals it’s beauty on the nose: delicate tropical notes, honeydew melon, chamomile flowers. Round and generous on the palate, with poached pear, apricot and golden apples, great density and texture that fills the mouth, followed by brightness, refreshing savory notes and a very pleasant finish. A remarkable feat for this price point.
