2020 Fantinel Sant’Helena Pinot Grigio

Fantinel is a killer producer and actually makes the Sun Goddess wines which is a collaboration with Mary J. Blidge. Sun Goddess is made in a Ramato style, so there is just a hint of skin contact. Sant’Helena by Fantinel is a Friulian white wine from the Collio Goriziano with a fresh but structured personality that refines exclusively in steel for a few months. It has a straw yellow color with coppery reflections and expresses a delicate aromatic bouquet, with notes of ripe white fruit and wild flowers, enriched with aromas of hay and toasted almonds
