2020 JUSTPINK! Rosé California

WSI93+ Vibrant and refreshing. Fun and food-friendly with ample acidity and texture. A classic Provençal blend of Grenache and Syrah. Aromas of white spring rose, under-ripe watermelon and honeydew. Tastes like white cherry, peaches, pear and nectarine. This wine is just as light and bright on the palate as it appears in the sunlight. Varietal blend is Grenache and Syrah. 12.5% alc. Whole-cluster press, temperature controlled fermentation, stainless steel aging. Screw cap closure.

Our approach with Rosé is uncompromising: only fruit grown to be Rosé is used (never any juice bleed off from riper red wines) and it’s whole-cluster pressed into neutral French Oak barrels just like all our other white wines. This ensures a fresh and food-friendly feel, but with the textural richness and complexity that barrel aging provides.  587 cases produced.
