It tapers o! remarkably long and staining, yet leaves the palate watering for more, as sage and clove notes slowly taper off!
Estate Notes: I am in awe. Where do I start? I am completely fascinated by this wine. It punches way above its weight class. It starts with crushed volcanic rock, black raspberry, mint and fresh ground espresso, then continues on, asking you to explore its complexity with forest floor, black cherry, cedar box, dark soy and crushed fresh grain.
