2021 Ayres Willamette Valley Pinot Noir

Ayres welcomed this picture perfect growing season with open arms! Mother Nature over-achieved with this vintage, allowing them to make an abundance of gorgeous Pinot Noir. You will notice both red and dark fruit profiles: dark cherry, boysenberry, and blueberry come to mind. You will also appreciate spices such as cinnamon and clove. This fruit forward wine also delivers a delicious dose of earthiness.
Winemaker Brad McLeroy honed his winemaking skills at Domaine Drouhin Oregon under the direction of Veronique Drouhin. His winemaking at Ayres completes his circle of wine experience from retailer to distributor to producer.
