2021 Groom Sauvignon Blanc Adelaide Hills South Australia

Our 2021 is delicious, light and crisp with a very easy to drink style. The fruit aromas are exceptionally bright and lifted this vintage with grapefruit and passionfruit being the dominant characters. The palate is quite refreshing, dry and crisp. This wine is great drinking with seafood, salads, sushi and Asian cuisine or simply enjoying on its own.

in the bottle!
The 2021 harvest was a huge sigh of relief after the very challenging 2020 vintage. In fact, we would describe it as perfect for a winemaker. It started cool and moist and was followed by warm consistent weather that excited vine growth. There were no damaging weather conditions such as frost, wind, hail or extreme heat. Yields were the 2nd highest on record.
