WSI94 a musical passage played with a gradual increase in volume or intensity. This Estate Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon was fermented with extended maceration and aged for 30 months in new French oak barrels This dense, multi-layered wine is dark red in color, showing a nose of ripe black fruit, notes of espresso, violets and a hint of toasty oak. On the palate, it is full bodied and textured, with sweet tannins, and nicely integrated acidity, wood, and alcohol. The long finish brings back notes of the persistent ripe black fruits. Best after 2017.
